How to Strike When In a Car or Seated Next to an Offender
Ultimate Fighting Seated:
PALM HEEL STRIKE SEATED Here are two suggested ways to use your new physical skills and self defense moves while you are seated next to someone. A Palm Heel Strike can be a very effective self defense weapon while sitting next to someone at close range.

If the situation was life threatening, remember, you can also "Rake The Face"after the Palm Heel Strike, with your fingers clawing down to collect skin cells under your nails.

Training Tip: Review the Partner Training in the
Palm Heel Strike
section using the empty gallon container as a striking prop. After you strike the prop with the palm/bottom portion of your hand, simply curl your fingers immediately and slide down the container. You only need to get a feel for the motor movement. In a real situation adrenaline will power your strength and speed. Surprise and Ability are the necessary elements that can make the critical difference in saving your health or life. Having "nails" will help make DNA collection easier, and add more pain value to this self defense move / physical skill.
EAR SLAP SEATED
If a date is going badly, and using your "Voice" as a weapon isn't enough to get results, a mild strike with an Ear Slap is another option. The next self defense move is to be only used when you feel extremely threatened.
CAUTION: Potentially Dangerous Point

FINGER POKE TO THROAT
Gently place your fingers into the hollow point at the base of the neck. A sharp poke or pushing pressure into this area will stop a person fast. You can try this on yourself lightly. A small amount of pressure into the throat will get real results fast!
