First Visit Safety Schedule


First Visit Safety Schedule was created to help the "first time visitor" navigate through the information and content on Women's Self Defense Instruction Online.

This page will act as a basic instructional guideline beginning with First Visit Safety Schedule. You will get the fastest free self defense training in Women's Self Defense and non-lethal Self Defense Weapons results by working through the program in the order shown.


Our Goal: To provide Free Techniques in Basic Self Defense from Women's Self Defense Lessons Online, Safety Tips and resources on Personal Security, as well as, additional Self-Protection with Non-lethal Weapons/ Devices. Brought to you from Bill Valentine, Ph.D.(Psych), 5th degree Black Belt, and Becky Valentine, MS, Physical Educator and Self Defense Instructor.

Basic self defense moves are not always instinctive, so by familiarizing yourself with a few good simple physical skills, you can help reduce your anxiety over the possibility of an attack and enable yourself to deal more effectively with aggression when threatened.

Self Defense Program Outline

The "Home" page gives the visitor an overall view of the site concept and goals with descriptions. The program begins with "personal Safety 1st", and continues with the physical skills/moves part of the training starting with "Pre-Training Begins", and works through to the section on "Ultimate Foot Stomp".
