Palm Heel Combination






Palm Heel Combination for Womens Self Defense:

Use an empty gallon container as a training prop for this self defense move. Try using different combinations of both the Palm Heel Strike and the Ear Slap self defense moves.

Shown here is a demonstration of a Palm Heel Strike with the right hand.






Next, use the Palm Heel Strike with the left hand.

Now, when the right hand comes back around use the Ear Slap Strike.

You could than follow up with another Ear Slap Strike with the left hand or another Palm Heel Strike.

You can mix any combination of self defense moves while alternating your strikes with both your hands.

After performing this drill in a stationary position, the partner holding the target should try moving a step back after the prop has been struck. This will, again, help the person striking the prop to learn to coordinate both distance and timing in setting up another strike to the target prop.
